POLICY REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This policy describes the processing of the personal data of visitors and users (collectively known as “Users”) of the website of CMP4Sport a.s.d. (http://www.cmptrail.it the “Website”) through which the company organises and promotes the sporting event “CMP Trail” (the “Event”) and manages the registrations to the individual races which are part of the event
CMP4Sport a.s.d may modify this policy to adapt it to future extensions or modifications of the Website or the products and services offered. In the event of substantial changes, CMP4Sport a.s.d will publish a notification on the Website and/or send a notification via email to communicate the variations and, if necessary, request authorisation to exercise the rights recognised by the legislation regarding the protection of personal data.
DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is the Amateur Sporting Association, CMP4Sport, with offices in Via Merlo, 2 – 36060 Romano d’Ezzelino (VI), Italy, Tax code 04030780243 VAT No. 04030780243 (“CMP4SPORT”).
Data collected
Browsing data
Every time the Website is accessed, the systems automatically record and analyse the access data (e.g. IP address of the provider, information on the browser used, pages visited, date, time and duration of each visit). The information is collected automatically by the Website and does not require any action by the User.
The data collected are exclusively anonymous and aggregate data and cannot, therefore, be used to identify the User. The information collected simply allows any technical problems to be identified and solved.
Data communicated by Users to contact CMP4SPORT: biographical data, contact data and other personal data transmitted voluntarily
Users are requested to communicate specific personal data in the “Contacts” section of the Website: (i) name, surname; (ii) email address; and (iii) any other personal data contained in the message sent by the User. This data, communicated by the User when completing the form on the Website or via the email address and telephone number indicated, is requested specifically when contacting CMP4SPORT to request information about services, products and organised events.
Providing personal data voluntarily: if Users do not provide the data, they can still browse the Website without, however, receiving any feedback from CMP4SPORT.
Users are advised to only communicate updated and pertinent information which does not exceed the specific purpose of the processing.
Any data not required will be immediately deleted or anonymised.
Data communicated by the Users to receive information and updates on CMP4SPORT activities: biographical and contact data
In the footer of the Website, Users are asked to communicate specific data (i.e. name and email address) by completing the specific form, to subscribe to the newsletter service and receive information and updates on CMP4SPORT activities and organised sports events.
Providing personal data voluntarily: if Users do not provide the data, they can still browse the Website without, however, being able o receive the newsletter or any updates from CMP4SPORT.
Users are advised to only communicate updated and pertinent information which does not exceed the specific purpose of the processing.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data of Website Users (the “Data”) may be processed for the following purposes.
Browsing data
Browsing data will be used: (i) to monitor the correct functioning of the Site, (ii) in an anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical purposes related to understanding how the Site is used by Users, to make access easier and thus, increase its appeal, as well (iii) to promptly detect any technical problems.
The legal basis of the data processing is the legitimate interest of CMP4SPORT in improving its digital services, especially with regard to use of the Website
Responding to User requests
The data communicated by the Users in the “Contacts” section of the Website will be processed to respond to the requests which Users can send to CMP4SPORT by completing the relevant form on the Website.
The legal basis of the data processing is the need to implement pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the request of the User, and to comply with the relevant legal obligations.
Subscription to the newsletter
The data collected by subscribing to the newsletter service will be processed by CMP4SPORT, following express consent by the User, to send communications and commercial information about the activities of CMP4SPORT and the organised and/or sponsored sports events, as well as about any merchandising products and accessories.
The legal basis of the data processing is the express consent given by the User directly via the Website.
The User may cancel his/her subscription to the newsletter service at any time, by following the procedure indicated in the footer of every newsletter or by sending a specific communication to CMP4SPORT via the contact addresses indicated in point 7 below.
PROCESSING METHOD and DATA RECIPIENTS
The Data will be processed using manual and IT tools by staff and partners of CMP4SPORT and/or companies expressly appointed as data processors, and to whom CMP4SPORT has given detailed operating instructions with particular reference to the adoption of appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
In particular, the Data will be made accessible, for the same purposes as they were collected, to data processors in the following categories:
– parties who provide management services for the computing systems and telecommunications network of CMP4SPORT and the Website;
– to the company, F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A, which will process them as the independent data controller for the same purposes as those listed in section Errore: sorgente del riferimento non trovata of this policy and for its own promotional activities. In no other case shall the Data be disclosed to third parties, unless this is necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial Authority, Public Security requests, or requests from another Public Authority.
The complete list of data processors is kept at the data controller’s headquarters and is available by sending a request to the addresses indicated in point 7 below.
DATA DISSEMINATION
The data will not be disseminated.
STORAGE PERIOD
The data collected and processed by CMP4SPORT, for the purposes identified in the previous point 3, may be stored in a form that allows the User to be identified for the period required to fulfil the purposes of the processing and, in particular:
Browsing data do not persist for more than [seven days] and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for checking for possible crimes by the competent Judicial Authorities);
for the processing envisaged under point 3.2 aimed at fulfilling the User’s requests, the data communicated by the User will be stored for up to 12 months after receiving the request;
for the processing envisaged under point 3.3, i.e. for sending the newsletter containing information or commercial messages, for the period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the last contact made;
The data may be stored for longer periods, if necessary, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights of CMP4SPORT, until the expiry of the relevant limitation period.
USERS’ RIGHTS AND CONTACT DATA
At any time and within the limits in which the rights are applicable, Users may: (I) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data that concerns them; (II) request access to their personal data; (III) request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the personal data; (IV) oppose processing or withdraw consent for processing without compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal; (V) receive in a structured format, of common and legible use by an automatic device, the personal data which concern them and provided to CMP4SPORT, as well as request that these data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability); (VI) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data or make a claim to the relevant judicial authority.

This policy about the processing of personal data is provided solely for data collected through the Website and with reference to the purposes identified in point 3, and not for any other websites consulted and/or accessible via links and/or widgets (e.g. social media networks). These additional websites will process the data as independent data controllers and in accordance with their own respective policies which should be consulted by Users.
